Once ACCS receives your money order, you will be contacted by email with access information to begin your online counseling session.

ACCS provides Pre-Bankruptcy Counseling without regard to a client's ability to pay.

ACCS waives fees based on your family's monthly gross income in relation to Federal Poverty Guidelines. If you believe that you may qualify for a fee waiver, please contact ACCS at 1-888-511-2227.

If you believe that you may qualify for a fee waiver, you must contact ACCS at 1-888-511-2227 and be able to provide ACCS with documented proof of your income.

Once your Fee Waiver request is approved, ACCS will send you an email containing a link to the Online Bankruptcy Counseling Login Page, so that you can begin your online counseling session.
